Figure – Mobility Scheme for the Erasmus Mundus on Ecohydrology

Two cohorts of 15 students will start the course in the University of Algarve or in the University of Lodz, where they will receive the courses in basic functioning of aquatics systems and applying ecohydrology (Thematic Areas 1, 2 and 3).

As the courses in University of Algarve has more emphasis on Marine coastal ecosystems and the courses in University of Lodz focus on Freshwater ecosystems a mobility scheme based on Scholars between Lodz, Algarve and Argentina is proposed to deliver 5 ECTS to complement marine or freshwater issues.

After acquiring 50 ECTS the students will be able to do the second mobility to the National University of La Plata to acquire 10 ECTS to complement Ecohydrology knowledge with study cases outside Europe (Thematic Areas 1,2,3)

Scholars mobility between European HIE and Argentina will be also implemented to delivered Winterschools and Field trip. After that the students will do a third mobility to the University of Kiel or IHE Delft for acquire competence in management or engineering with 30 ECTS (Thematic Areas 2, 3 and 4).

After that the students will selected a European Higher Education Institution to do the master thesis (30 ECTS).
